About this game

Metal Slug is a 2D retro shoot ‘em up game originally developed by the Nazca Corporation now ported to PC by Dotemu the first title of SNK’s legendary run and gun franchise. Return to the first mission of the Peregrine Falcon (PF) Squad as they fight against the armies of General Donald Morden in order to prevent a massive coup d'état and the forging of a new world order.

• Play the original arcade version of the game with its iconic cast of characters Marco & Tarma, drive the “METAL SLUG” tank, and fight your way through the six missions to thwart the plans of Gen. Morden and his evil ambitions.
• If you just want to play specific stages you can go to stage select and enjoy all of the missions you have unlocked so far.
• Make use of the game's online functionality to play with a brother-in-arms online, and engage with fellow countrymen or a foreign ally.
• Check where you stack up with your fellow players online by posting your scores in online leaderboards, and challenge the best of them to become the best soldier in the world.

• Metal Slug X - A remastered version of Metal Slug 2 using a modified version of Metal Slug 3's engine eliminating the slow-down problems of the original. In addition, there are also several changes to gameplay and presentation.
• Metal Slug 3 - The 3rd game in the franchise, it follows the alliance between Peregrine Falcon Strike Force and S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S. as they fight against the forces of General Donald Morden once again and his alien allies.
