Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is a great example of a sequel that adds options without losing its weird charm, more tools for traversal, more ways to handle combat when you want to, and that same calm “one more delivery” loop that turns into a whole evening. The best part is how it still nails the social side of it, where leaving something useful behind for strangers quietly becomes the point.
Death Stranding 2 is a direct sequel to the first game, featuring the same concept but improving on pretty much every area and game mechanic. Sam will journey through fictional parts of Mexico and Australia, delivering packages from one outpost to another. Traveling may get a bit boring from time to time but the new dynamic events like floods, avalanches or wild fires are sure to keep players on their toes. Vehicular combat is also new, player-made roads may also see some action now.
Hideo Kojima will never stop surprising me with his bold choices. I disovered Death Stranding 2 first images when listening and watching the incredible music video of Woodkid. Can't wait for the PC version to come soon with all enhanced elements compared to the console ones.
Well I suppose like a lot of people I always look forward to playing a new game by Hideo Kojima, the production values on the first game were amazing and it really looks like they have been upgraded even more in the second game. I really look forward to playing Death Stranding 2 when it releases on PC hopefully in the near future.
The best game series in my opinion, the experience of the first game has left me speechless. Cannot wait for Death Stranding 2 to arrive on pc!
