Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2: Naruhodo Ryunosuke no Kakugo (Great Turnabout Trial 2: The Resolve of Ryunosuke Naruhodo) is a visual novel that is developed and published by Capcom. This is the eleventh installment out of the overall series and is the sequel to Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodo Ryunosuke no Boken.

The game offers five full-length episodes where an investigation and a trial formula is used. Here, Sherlock Holmes’ investigative skills are used along with a joint reasoning with Ryunosuke. What happens is Ryunosuke will point out the contradictions in Holme’s rapid-fire train of logic which will eventually result in a proper conclusion. Also, making a comeback to the game is the fingerprint dusting mechanic available in the previous series.

The trials found in the game will have players cross-examining multiple witnesses and there will also be a jury system. Jurors will have the chance to change their decisions within the trial period and it is Ryuunosuke’s job to convince them differently.

The five episodes available are The Adventure of the Blossoming Attorney, The Memoirs of the Clouded Kokoro, The Return of the Great Departed Soul, Twisted Karma and His Last Bow, The Resolve of Naruhodo Ryunosuke.
