The first Code Vein never managed to grab my interest, now this one looks much more fun in terms of combat. Having coop is always a plus in my book too, playing with a friend can often make the experience better, even if the game isn't all that great. I still want to give the first Code Vein another chance before grabbing this one when it goes for a cheaper price.

Code Vein 2 seems like it could be a solid action-RPG, it’s got a new story, deeper combat and a partner system that adds weight to fights without over-complicating things. The idea of switching between past and present, plus the ability to customize weapons, skills and even your own character gives it a flexible feel.
A sequel that improves on everything that was good about the first game. The combat is smoother, the story darker, and the character customization is still brutal.
I have never really heard of code vein 2 or any other code vein game, either way, I will check it out and possibly try it out with one of the partners seen on the page
