Capes is a probably a too similar game to XCOM, being a turn based, having to hire heroes with special abilities, level them up and create squads to complete missions to take back the city. The setting and gameplay are quite well known, so the new here will be the special skills of the heroes and enemies, if they will manage to make it fun enough and special to set it a part form the other game. Graphically it is very cool and with the character having a very comic look.
