Blood: Refreshed Supply remasters the original 1997 game. So 28 years later, the source code is being reused, but there are many content additions, particularly from mods, with cutscenes, QoL additions, etc. However, the game has a few bugs at launch and does not appear to have very high ambitions. It remains faithful to the original game, a gory FPS set in a fantasy universe, very much old school.
