Assassin’s Creed Shadows takes us back in time to feudal Japan. Still set in an open map with a perfectly rendered Japanese atmosphere, you can choose between 2 play styles. A stealthy approach, where discretion is the key word, with a Shinobi. Or the seasoned samurai, who excels in hand-to-hand combat, parrying, countering and thrusting. Personally, I prefer to associate AC with stealth and movement!
I’m a lot more excited about Assassin’s Creed Shadows than I’ve ever been about any other title in the series. Set in feudal Japan, this game features two protagonists: Naoe, who prefers a stealth approach, and samurai Yasuke, who fights his enemies face to face. In most of the missions, we can decide which character we want to play. I think it’s amazing, as it can please old-school fans and those who prefer modern AC.
