Xbox E3 2016: Everything You Need to Know
Xbox brought tons of exciting revelations in this year’s E3 Conference
The Xbox E3 2016 Briefing revealed one announcement after another as Xbox laid out its plans for the year and beyond. The biggest news of the day is the announcement of two new Xbox consoles, one of which is to be released this year – the Xbox One S – and Project Scorpio which is expected to come out next year.
There are also great new features for Xbox Live which aims to bring players together. They also announced their “biggest lineup” of games for the Xbox One and Windows 10 during the briefing.

Xbox E3 2016 Briefing Highlights
Xbox Live – Connecting Gamers All Over the World
New features are coming to Xbox Live in the succeeding months. These features will bring gamers from the Xbox online community closer.
- Clubs on Xbox Live – This a group created and managed by gamers like you. Through Clubs at Xbox Live, you will be able to create private communities with people having the same interests as you.
- Looking for Group on Xbox Live – This feature will allow you to “recruit” other players who are available and qualified during multiplayer matches
- Arena on Xbox Live – This is a new online tournament platform available on the Xbox One and on Windows 10 devices
- Cross-Play – Selected multiplayer games on on Xbox One and Windows 10 devices can now be played on other devices such as iOS and Android.
- Cortana on Xbox One – The popular digital assistant,on Windows 10 devices, Cortana, is coming to Xbox One.
- PC Games (Win 32) on Xbox Live – Top PC games will be coming along with the Xbox update this summer, with more games to be added every month.
- Language Region Independence – This feature will allow you to select any supported language on the Xbox One regardless of your location.
