Bandai Namco has dropped a new Rivals trailer for the highly anticipated 3D fighting game Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, and it features an epic showdown featuring Goku vs. Vegeta through various forms, including Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and Majin Vegeta.
Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is a direct sequel to Dragon Ball: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and is a fast-paced, all-action 3D fighter set in the massively popular Dragon Ball universe. Bandai Namco aims to deliver heart-pounding action with breathtaking visuals and animations that stay true to the anime.
We have nothing official regarding the story in Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, but going off the Rivals Trailer above, we can safely assume it’s going to highlight the epic ongoing rivalry between Goku and Vegeta. And that seems more evident with Bandai Namco releasing the first confirmed 24 fighters for the game – all of which are different forms of Goku and Vegeta.
We also don’t have a release date just yet. Still, Bandai Namco’s site promises it will be worth the wait, adding: “Each character brings a unique blend of techniques and abilities, promising an unforgettable gaming experience for DRAGON BALL enthusiasts and fighting game aficionados alike.”
When it does release, Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero will be available to buy, download, and play on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
