A new first-person ARPG is about to release next week as Daimon Blades launches into Early Access on September 3, 2025. The action RPG is a spin-off of cult favorite Eye: Divine Cybermancy.
Developer StreumOn Studio is preparing to launch its next title, Daimon Blades, a new first-person action RPG with roguelite elements on Steam as it enters Early Access on September 3, 2025.
The game is set two millennia before the events of Eye: Divine Cybermancy, making it a great entry into the series for new players, while offering a lore-rich experience for veteran fans.
What Is Daimon Blades?
Its Steam page describes Daimon Blades as a “brutal first-person slasher that combines the depth of action RPGs and replayability of roguelites.” The game is playable alone, or players can jump online and launch expeditions in groups of four.
As a member of the Secreta, a cult made up of warrior monks sworn to protect the world from daimonic incursions, players unleash hell with unholy powers, destroying their enemies with unique skills and abilities. With each run, your weapon feeds on the blood of your enemies, which unlocks more powerful skills.
What’s Available in Early Access
Launching into Early Access on September 3 on Steam, Daimon Blades is available to play solo or in online co-op, and includes nine biomes, over 20 unique enemy types, and four boss encounters.
StreumOn Studio plans to keep the game in Early Access until around the summer of 2026, when it will hopefully release with additional modes, optimization, enemies, items, powers, and content.

Daimon Blades is already being likened to a first-person Diablo 4. Every weapon is unique, and every run will offer different challenges, including crafting, looting, and resource gathering.
