Commandos Origins New Trailer

Commandos Origins awakened active and sleeping cadets around the world when it was announced. It may not be a continuation of the last entry in the Commandos series, but this prequel received so much love, attention, and anticipation making it an even better decision to make.

Not much was revealed about it since then, until now.

Kalypso Media recently dropped a new trailer featuring Diversity of Maps. From the footage, we see that missions will take place in major locations during the onset of World War 2. It featured green fields of Europe, deserts of North Africa, and icy landscapes of Scandinavia.

According to the Studio Director at Claymore Game Studios, the missions in the game are all inspired by real events, locations, and battles, to give it the most authenticity it can give about World War 2. If you’re a history buff, you’ll get to relive these battles in epic proportions. Or if not, know that you are in for a ride with this one.



While the enlistment to any upcoming Closed Alpha and Beta Playtest is over, those who were not chosen this time can only hope for an open beta or free demo in the next couple of months.

Commander Origins will be available on PC, Playstation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. It was also revealed that it will launch on day-one on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

Commandos Origins Release Date

The much awaited Commando Origins currently does not have a set release date. However, it was previously announced that it is to launch this year with many predicting summer 2024.
