ABOUT WORLD OF WARCRAFT: DRAGONFLIGHT

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is the ninth expansion to the ever-expanding World of Warcraft MMORPG featuring a new adventure taking place in the newly discovered dragon isles the long-forgotten ancestral home of the dragons. After slumbering for untold eons, the island awakens revealing itself to the rest of the world surging with elemental magic and the life energies of Azeroth in response dragon flights return to Azeroth and rushed to the isles defense. It's up to you to explore the island's primordial wonder and discover its long-forgotten secrets.

• With Alextrasza’s invitation heroes from both the Alliance and Horde arrive on the Dragon Isles to aid the Dragon flights in trying to restore their old home to order. Explore points of interest like The Waking Shores, Ohn’ahran Plains, The Azure Span, Thaldraszus, Forbidden Reach, and many more.
• Dragon flight introduces WoW’s first race-and-class combo with the Dracthyr Evoker’s they can freely switch between two customizable forms humanoid, visage, and a fearsome draconic form to overcome foes from mid-range with claws and fiery breath attacks or draw upon life energy to bolster their allies, as Dracthyr Evokers you can also further empower your abilities by charging them up. Forge your own path and fight for either the alliance or the horde.
• Master the art of dragon-riding a new form of aerial movement introduced in this expansion. Explore the island and you can obtain four new Dragon Isle drakes with unique customizations amount that can truly be your own. As you improve in dragon riding you can master new maneuvers, hunt down ancient glyphs, and advance down the new dragon riding skill tree.
• Aside from the new features there also be updates to the game's existing game systems a total talent system revamp, an improvement on how you can customize your HUD, and a whole new crafting and profession system.

WORLD OF WARCRAFT: DRAGONFLIGHT REVIEWS

It's a compelling and enjoyable jaunt through the usual World of Warcraft fare and removes much of the doom-and-gloom that made Shadowlands gradually become tiresome. It's also a reminder that the ceiling on WoW is ultimately only so high - technically and practically, there is only so much Blizzard can do with each expansion without risking remaking the game too much and losing its die-hard playerbase. For fans of WoW, Dragonflight is fantastic.
