About this game

Maneater: Truth Quest is the first DLC expansion for the hit single-player, open-world “ShaRkPG,” Maneater, it features a mysterious new island called Plover Island the origin point of a strange and dangerous new shark that has recently moved into your territory, you must venture into the islands waters and investigate how the shark got its power, show these sharks who the real apex predator is.

• The iconic narrator Trip Westhaven makes his return for Maneater: Truth Quest (played by Chris Parnell), being fired from the previous job he’s now relegated to an online site ViewTube peddling conspiracy theories to anyone that would listen.
• With your new powers, you are now better equipped to explore the island itself, full of military personnel and secrets, Find the mysterious Site P and uncover its mysteries once and for all.
• A lot of mutated animals, make Piltover Island their home, battle newly evolved predators in the area, and make your way through the food chain to become the apex predator once again.
• The more you make carnage against the military, the more you will unlock new evolutions for your shark, these mutations can give you powerful new abilities.

Reviews

All in all, Maneater: Truth Quest does enough to ensure it can be recommended. Swimming and fighting as a shark are still cool and a lot of fun, finding all the collectibles will take a while, and the new combat opportunities are intriguing, mostly. There are annoyances, but the chance to slip into a shark’s skin makes them seem insignificant. The story does start to grate after a while too, but the fun of being an apex predator never does.
