About this game

Lemnis Gate is a combination of turn-based strategy and a multiplayer FPS developed by Ratloop Games Canada. A game of Lemnis Gate consists of two rounds, each round consists of 5 alternating turns, a turn is 25 seconds of real-time where the game plays out like a normal FPS choose an operative to play as and start capturing objectives, killing players, setting up future turns, etc. But your opponent is observing your actions and after your 25 seconds is over it’s their turn, they play out their turn but with your turn overlapping on top of it, they can stop the past you from doing what you did in the previous turn, the third turn has the past two turns overlapping, so on and so forth, until ultimately all timelines converge and the last turn decides who wins that round.

• Each turn you choose which operative you want to play as; each operative has different weapons and unique abilities, knowing who to play and when is essential, do you want to set up future turns by deploying shields on specific areas, set up choke points by creating toxic pools, or assassinate important targets with a sniper that can slow downtime.
