Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is a first-person shooter video game that is developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. This is the 15th main installment in the Call of Duty series; the prequel to Call of Duty: Black Ops II and the fourth entry in the Black Ops subseries.
The game is still a multiplayer first-person shooter video game however it would be different from the previous titles as it would not feature a traditional single-player campaign and it would not include a single-player mode but would have a multiplayer, zombies and battle royale mode.
The Multiplayer Mode would have a more tactical and teamwork gameplay and would welcome back the game’s Specialists. Health regeneration has been removed, weapons now have a predictive recoil pattern and so much more changes can be seen.
The Zombies mode is making a comeback as a cooperative multiplayer mode. It will also feature distinctive as well as separate storylines and for right now three maps: Voyage of Despair, IX, and Blood of the Dead.
Blackout is the newest Battle Royale mode for the game and will serve as its campaign mode. This will feature the game’s largest map for the Call of Duty title and would have characters from the entire Black Ops series.

I think Black OPS 4 is almost as the third one but with Blackout (Battle royal mode) which is cool if u like the game mode!
