With just a week left until launch, MercurySteam is gearing up for the highly anticipated launch of Blades of Fire, a fantasy action RPG where we follow Aran de Lira on his difficult mission to defeat the Queen after a tragic event. The game will be available from May 22, 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (EGS).
The team has released the new World Trailer showing off the game world, featuring various locations that Aran and his companion Adso de Zelk will visit. A journey filled with danger, mystery, and secrets as they attempt to end the reign of terror by Queen Nerea. All of this is accompanied by the announcement of the demo available today!
Blades of Fire: Key Features and Demo Updates
An exciting action RPG inspired by games from the 2010s. We follow Aran de Lira, who has lost everything and now faces the task of stopping Nerea’s madness. Features:
- World Full of Mysteries: Join Aran and Adso on a journey through various locations, from mighty castles to labyrinthine palaces, with many secrets, mysteries, and dangers awaiting.
- Forge and Craft Your Weapons: With the queen’s curse, you must rely on your skills to forge your weapons. You’ll have access to 30 Forge Scrolls and 7 types of weapons to create new combinations.
- Combat and Tactics: Master various types of weapons, utilizing their abilities against different enemies and exploiting their weaknesses. Don’t forget your companion Adso’s valuable advice!
- Fierce Enemies: The game world features over 50 enemies, ranging from fantastical creatures to the Queen’s monstrous army. Each enemy has its own fighting style, weapon, and armor.
