Battlefield 2042 Season 1 Begins 2022

EA and DICE finally release Battlefield 2042 on November 19, and they have announced that the game will feature four seasons during its first year.

WHEN DOES BATTLEFIELD 2042 SEASON 1 START?

EA has not given a date for when the first season and battle pass will be released for Battlefield 2042 but did say in a recent blog post that it will be early 2022.

The first year of Battlefield 2042 will feature four seasons, four battle passes, four new Specialists, and new locations.

DICE has also promised to update the Battlefield Portal, ensuring that those who want to create their own experiences can do so with fresh content.

As mentioned, there are no dates yet and no more information, but it looks like 2022 will be an excellent year for Battlefield fans.

BATTLEFIELD 2042 PRESEASON CONTENT

There may not be a season pass at launch; however, DICE gives us some preseason content to keep us happy ahead of the new year.

The preseason content will include weekly missions, rewards, limited-time modes, creator spotlights, and Battlefield Portal experiences.

BATTLEFIELD 2042 RELEASE DATE AND EARLY ACCESS

Battlefield 2042 releases on November 19 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, PS4, PS5, and PC.

Those who have pre-ordered the game or subscribed to EA Play or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can download and play it during its Early Access, which begins November 12.
