Assassin’s Creed: Ubisoft Reportedly Working on 10 AC Games

Ubisoft is reportedly working on 10 games set in the Assassin’s Creed universe.

ASSASSIN’S CREED GAMES IN DEVELOPMENT

A new article by Tom Henderson on Insider Gaming reports that Ubisoft wants to expand its Assassin’s Creed universe with ten new games.

Back in September, Ubisoft revealed Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Codename Red, Codename Hexe, and Codename Jade, and in October announced the Assassin’s Creed multiplayer game Project Invictus.

Henderson now reports three more titles are in the early stages of planning, all of which will feature different playstyles from previous games in the AC franchise.

Assassin’s Creed Games Reportedly in Concept Stage:

• Project Nebula: An Assassin’s Creed game that takes place across India, the Aztec Empire, and the Mediterranean.
• Project Raid: A free-to-play, 4-player co-op PvE AC game.
• Project Echoes: An AC game focusing on multiplayer.

It’s too early to get excited, though, as if these games push through, Henderson says we should expect a 5-6 year development time.
