PUBG and PES 2019 are Free on Xbox This Weekend

Dynasty Warriors 9 Trial Now Available on PC and PS4

Koei Tecmo has released a trial version of Dynasty Warriors 9 and it is free for all. Players will be able to take three characters and play the game’s full story mode and will get to explore open-world China. The online co-op edition will also be available. Right now this trial version is already available for PlayStation 4 and PC. For Xbox One owners that are interested to play, this will be available to you by November 21st. Also, owners of the game can expect the Second Season Pass soon.

FIFA 19 Gets Massive Patch and Nerfs 180 No-Scope Finesse Shots

A new patch has been released by EA for FIFA 19 and it adds some great changes to the gameplay. The most notable is the change for the finesse shots which are overpowered this year. A nerf has been done to the 180 no-scope finesse shot which results in less accuracy, less ball speed and ball spin. The patch notes are a bit lengthy, and you can read the complete list via their official website. There are still some other things to work at in the game, but this new patch does help a whole lot.

Hitman 2 Release Times Announced

Hitman 2 is launching in a few days and the release time has been provided by IO Interactive. For those who purchased the Standard Edition the downloading time will start on November 13 at 10:00 PST/ 13:00 EST/ 18:00 GMT. The Gold Edition, on the other hand, will be available on November 9 with the same time frame of the Standard edition. With the announcement, it looks like there won’t be any preloads available for the game, so be ready to wait for the game’s download the same day of its launch.

GTA 5 Has Shipped 100 Million Units

GTA 5 is not slowing down just yet! The game has reportedly shipped 100 million copies worldwide, according to Take Two Interactive’s report during its recent earnings call for the end of Q2 fiscal year 2019. The number represents copies sold across all platforms. GTA 5 is now the third game to pass 100 million all-time sales. The other games are Minecraft and Tetris which is the highest-selling game ever.

Rend Gets Two New Game Modes

The team-based survival game called Rend by Frostkeep Studios is getting two new game modes that emphasize the game’s survival experience. The two modes are the Classic Mode and the Exploration Mode. With the Classic mode, players will be dropped into the world alone and is not forced to join into any groups, giving you the chance to create your own story. In the Exploration mode, any form of PVP is turned off making it less intense so you and your friends can experience the game at your own pace.

GRIP: Combat Racing Out Now

GRIP: Combat Racing is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The game offers a thrilling ride with players being able to drive along roads and walls and even ceiling at break-neck speeds. The vehicles are weirdly shaped and are able to rotate in mid-air. The game kind of reminds us of Rollcage that released in 1999. If your thing is high-speed racing with vehicular acrobatics and combat then GRIP: Combat Racing is surely the game for you!

H1Z1’s Season 2 Battle Pass Rolls Out on PS4

Season 2 Battle Pass of the battle royale game H1Z1 is live now on the PlayStation 4! The Battle pass adds 75 tiers of unlockable cosmetics, and also offers three reward lines: Free, Premium, and PlayStation Plus. All players will be able to progress through the free pass, while those who want exclusive rewards can do so by purchasing the Premium Pass for 750 Crowns. PlayStation Plus is automatically unlocked for PlayStation Plus subscribers.

This War of Mine Heading to Switch

The dark survival game This War of Mine is coming to Nintendo Switch! This will be arriving on November 27, 2018, and it will be the Complete Edition having the Anniversary Edition content, The Little One DLC, Episode 1: Father’s Promise DLC and the other upcoming DLCs which are Episode 2 and Episode 3. Set in a war, you and a group of civilians need to survive. You will scavenge, craft and take in other survivors. Runner3 PS4 Release Date Announced

Bit.Trip’s Runner3 is currently available on Switch and PC, and finally the game is also heading to the PlayStation 4. The third installment in the Runner series will be launching on the PlayStation 4 on November 13th. At launch, all the character’s moves are available from the start of the game. This time around, all obstacles are more forgiving and there’s also more on-screen communication. The game will also be available at 50% off in its first two weeks in the PS4.

Elite Dangerous Reveals New Ship Mamba

Elite: Dangerous is set to receive its Beyond: Chapter Four update, and Frontier Developments has unveiled the next ship coming to the game: the sleek Mamba. The Mamba will be coming along with the Krait Phantom on the game’s next update. The Mamba is a combat-focused vessel, and features one Huge, two Large, and two Small Hardpoints, five Internal Optional Slots. It will cost players 55 million credits to purchase in-game.

Jurassic World Evolution Gets New DLC This Month

A new expansion is heading to Jurassic World Evolution. The Secrets of Dr. Wu DLC will bring in new missions, facilities, and dinosaurs to the game. The new missions are set in two secret research facilities in Isla Muerta and Isla Tacaño, where Dr. Wu has created new species of dinos such as the Ankylodocus and the Spinoraptor. Aside from this DLC, a new free update will also be coming to all players which adds an optional dayand night cycle, new challenge contracts, and new behavioral patterns.

Warframe’s Fortuna Expansion Out Now on PC

Warframe’s second expansion Fortuna is out now, and it’s free for players who own the game. This expansion adds a lot of new content including a hoverboard that allows players to do stunts. There’s also a wildlife-preservation mini-game, robot buddies that players can build, and much, much more. More importantly, Fortuna open up the new map Plains of Eidolon and launches the new playable frame Garuda. Warframe is available on Steam.

Steam is supporting UK organization War Child UK through a sale dedicated for its cause. The Steam Armistice Sale is live now on the platform, and it features discounts on games such as The Room, Prison Architect, Rime, Broken Sword 5, The Talos Principle, and more. A percentage of the sales will go to War Child UK as part of the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day. The goal is to raise 250,000 Pounds.

World of Warcraft: Classic Demo Available Through the Weekend

BlizzCon 2018 Virtual Ticket holders were able to take advantage of a demo for World of Warcraft: Classic. Those who have not tried it yet have a few more days to do so as Blizzard has announced the demo will end on Monday, November 12th. The demo lets players choose their race and class, but will start at level 15 in either the Barrens for the Horde or Westfall for the Alliance. The demo has a level cap of 19. World of Warcraft: Classic is set to launch next summer.

League of Legends’ Akali Gets POP/STARS MV Skin Update

League of Legends blew up YouTube last weekend thanks to the release of its POP/STARS music video featuring Ahri, Evelynn, Kai’Sa, and Akali. Because of the song’s huge popularity among players, fans of the game have been asking Riot Games to alter Akali’s skin to make her look like her neon version in the music video. Riot gladly obliges, as the company said they will be altering her skin. Her neon skin is live in the Public Beta Environment now and will go live later this month along with patch 8.23.

Special Transports Available Now in American Truck Simulator

Special Transport is now available for American Truck Simulator! This DLC will allow truck drivers to haul heavy cargo across the country. It features 11 huge cargos, new Special Transport trailers, unique job routes specially made for Special Transport, over 90 jobs, custom escort, new models, characters, and animations of people assisting, and special achievements. American Truck Simulator is available on PC via Steam.

Battlefield 5’s Battle Royale Mode’s Current Target is 64 Players

DICE announced that they are currently looking at targeting 64 players for Battlefield 5’s very own battle royale mode Firestorm, unlike popular battle royale games that can host 100 players in a match. According to live service development director Ryan MacArthur, one of the key things in Firestorm is that it has to feel like a battlefield, and it has to stand out from other BR games, so their current target is at 64 players. This may change before launch, so we’ll keep you posted.

Total War Warhammer 2’s Curse of the Vampire Coast Out Now

Total War: Warhammer 2’s Curse of the Vampire Coast expansion is out now. This expansion introduces vampire pirates, giant crabs, and lots of loot. This expansion also allows players to play the Vampire Coast factions in both the Vortex campaign and the Mortal Empires campaign. The Vampire Coast factions include four Legendary Lords which are all also playable. this DLC won’t introduce naval battles to the game though.
