Bungie Bans More Destiny 2 Cheaters

Bungie has announced that it has banned a number of players who tried to use aim-bots in Destiny 2. The ban wave took place on October 3rd, and Bungie took to Twitter to warn those who still wish to attempt using cheat tools. “Our Security Team has taken action today and issued a wave of bans targeted at players attempting to use aiming cheat tools,” Bungie tweeted, and ended it with, “Keep it clean.”


The Last of Us 2 Characters Have Working Heartbeats

Naughty Dog has revealed that characters in The Last of Us 2 have a “working heartbeat” that affects breathing and stamina. This technology has been added to every character in the game, not just the protagonists, according to co-director Anthony Newman. In the case of Ellie, her heart rate goes up and down depending on what she’s doing: it goes up when she runs, melees, takes damage, or when in the presence of enemies. Players have to be cautious to keep their characters’ heart rates at bay as it will definitely be part of the game.


Bloodborne Gets Another Return to Yharnam Event

Bloodborne will have players return to Yharnam this year. The Return to Yharnam community event will run from October 5th until November 5th. Players who wish to take part in the event are encouraged to start with a fresh character and dress it up in Halloween-themed costumes. They also need to “summon as many hoonters [or] invade as often as possible.” Official details of the community event are available in the Bloodborne subreddit.


Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Will Have a Resident Evil Crossover

Resident Evil is crossing over to Monster Hunter World! Leon, Claire, and Mr. X will go monster hunting sometime soon. Unfortunately, Capcom did not specifically say when this crossover will happen, but it did release a trailer showcasing the three Resident Evil characters. A representative from Capcom also said that the crossover will be for players for consoles.


Red Dead Redemption 2 Confirmed for PC

Rockstar is finally bringing Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC! The game will be launching on November 5th via the Rockstar Launcher and on Epic Games. It will also be available on Steam, but it won’t come until December 2019. Pre-purchasing the game on the Rockstar Launcher will reward players with bonuses: the War Horse mount, a treasure map, a cash bonus for Story Mode, and 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online.


Iron Man VR PS4 Release Date Announced

Sony has unveiled Iron Man VR for PS4 back in March, and finally, the game has a release date. It will be available starting February 28, 2020. Players will take the role of Tony Stark and will take on iconic villains and work with close allies. The game will mainly focus on Stark’s battle with hacker and anti-corporate activist, Ghost. Iron Man VR will be available digitally and in retail.


Ms. Marvel is Sixth Playable Hero in Marvel’s Avengers

Square Enix unveiled the sixth playable hero in Marvel’s Avengers at the recent New York Comic Con, and it’s none other than Ms. Marvel herself, Kamala Khan! She will join Thor, Black Widow, Iron Man, Hulk, and Captain America when Marvel’s Avengers officially launches in May 15, 2020 for Google Stadia, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Ms. Marvel acquired her Inhuman abilities as a result of A-Day — it allows her to grow and stretch. She’s also known as the hero who brought back the Avengers together after they disbanded.


Crash Team Racing Gets Limited-Time Call of Duty Kart

Activision is spearheading an initiative for the benefit of veterans. The Call of Duty Endowment aims to place 100,000 veterans in new jobs by 2024. As a form of raising funds for this cause, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will be getting the Call of Duty-themed airplane kart, The Firehawk, which can be purchased for 5 Dollars. 100% of proceeds will go directly to The Call of Duty Endowment. The offer will be available until Activision raises 1 million Dollars.


Red Dead Redemption 2 is a Google Stadia Launch Title

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be a Google Stadia launch title as well when it launches in November for PC. This has been confirmed by Rockstar themselves in their announcement post on their website. Google Stadia will allow players to play Red Dead Redemption 2 on their tablets on the go, if they prefer. Red Dead Redemption 2 will officially be available on the Epic Games Store starting November 5th, and on Steam sometime in December.


WoW Classic Will Add World Bosses and More This Year

World of Warcraft Classic director Ian Hazzikostas revealed that the game’s six phases will be arriving before the year ends. These six phases will add a new dungeon, two new roaming bosses, and an overhaul. Phase 2 is set to bring two new world bosses, Kazzak and Azuregos, plus the new dungeon Dire Maul which is made for players who are at level 50 and up. Also arriving in Phase 2 is the Honor System which incentivizes players for fighting honorably.


A Year of Rain Heading to Steam Early Access

Daedalic’s “ultimate team RTS” A Year of Rain is launching in Early Access on Steam worldwide on November 6th. The game is still in beta, and for those interested to join, all you’ll need to do is sign up through the game’s website. A Year of Rain features co-op and PvP modes, unique heroes that each have its own abilities and skills, three factions, and more. It will also be esports-ready at launch, according to Daedalic. The Early Access version will feature one initial campaign in addition to several multiplayer modes.


Fortnite New Matchmaking System Has Smurfing as Bannable Offense

The skill-based matchmaking system for Fortnite’s solo mode is now available for some select regions. This comes with patch 10.40 where matchmaking will be based on similar skills, regardless of platform. There are some concerned players that this new system might be more unfair than before since Epic did not share how the system works. Epic did acknowledge the concerns saying that there won’t be any unfair advantages. Also, smurfing is not allowed and will be a bannable offense in the game.


Beat Saber Gets The Panic! at the Disco Music Pack

Beat Saber is getting a new music pack and this time it features Panic! at the Disco. The music pack will come with The Greatest Song, Victorious, Emperor’s New Clothes, and High Hopes. Also, the environment will be inspired by the band’s world tour. This is not the first time that the game will be featuring a band as it previously launched an Imagine Dragons music pack back in June. The Panic! at the Disco music pack is now available for PlayStation 4, PC (Steam), and the Oculus store for $ 6.99 USD.


Civilization 6 Won’t Have Shared Cloud Saves for PlayStation 4

Just recently Civilization 6 has announced that console versions of the game will be available which means that it is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Although the game will be coming to all these platforms, cross-play multiplayer will not happen an additional announcement was also made saying that PlayStation 4 won’t have any cloud saves across the devices as well. Civilization 6 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is set to launch on November 22nd. Right now the game is available for PC and Switch.


Fallout Legacy Collection Announced, Available for UK and Germany Only

A Fallout Legacy Collection has been announced and it will come with six major games from the title. The six games are Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition, Fallout 3 New Vegas Ultimate Edition, and Fallout 4 Game of the Year Edition. Both the Game of the Year Editions of Fallout 3 and 4 will come with its DLC contents. This collection is priced at €39,99 Euros which is really great, but, this is only available in the UK and Germany and has a release date for October 25th.


A Knight’s Quest to Launch This October 10th

Curve Digital and Sky 9 Games shared a new trailer for their upcoming game A Knight’s Quest which is launching on the Epic Games store on October 10th. A Knight’s Quest is an open-world adventure where you play as Rusty. The protagonist is a kind-hearted fellow, but a clumsy one. He accidentally starts a chain of events that will destroy his world. The game offers a massive action-adventure with a huge cast to meet as well as epic combos and colossal bosses. A Knight’s Quest launches on October 10th.

It is Aragami’s third anniversary and they are celebrating their five hundred thousand copies sold on Steam. Lost Wing from 2Awesome Studio and BoxFrog Games has announced the launch of the game’s Closed Beta. Those who would want to join the beta will just have to go to the game’s Discord server or register at lostwinggame.com in order to get the Steam key for the closed beta. The beta will only run for 3 days those who were able to join can win prizes by sharing their gameplay on Twitter using the game’s built-in feature. Corpse Party: Blood Drive Launches on October 10th

Corpse Party: Blood Drive is the final installment for the supernatural story series of Corpse Party.
