Radio Commander Launch Date Revealed

Radio Commander is a realistic strategy game where players command troops on the battlefield by giving orders over a radio. The game offers 9 campaign missions, 15 unit types, a full voice-over, over 200 dialogue blocks, over 600 story dialogues as well as voice recognition. There will be 3 difficulty modes which are easy, commander, and veteran. A replay mode is also available as well as a custom missions editor and sandbox mode. Radio Commander is set to launch on October 10h for the PC.

Foresight Games has announced their upcoming tactical turn-based game Project Haven. Tropico 6 Launches on Consoles

Tropico 6 has been released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Kalypso Media and Limbic Entertainment are proud to announce. The game is available in digital and retail formats in all supported regions, while its North American retail release will follow on October 8th. Assassin’s Creed Series Has Sold Over 140 Million Copies

Analyst Daniel Ahmad revealed on Twitter that the Assassin’s Creed series has sold over 140 million copies worldwide. This is a huge milestone for Ubisoft, and it goes to show that the series has kept a solid fanbase since the first game launched. Ahmad also added other stats in his Tweet which shows the Just Dance series has sold 70 million, followed by the Far Cry series with 50 million, and Rabbids at 20 million. Ahmad said these figures were taken from Ubisoft’s press kit which was released back in June.


Half-Life 2 Characters Can Blink Again

Valve has rolled out an update for Half-Life 2 which “fixes” a bug where NPCs in the game are not blinking. Apparently, the NPCs have stopped blinking after a SteamPipe update released five years ago, as reported by RockPaperShotgun. Before the fix rolled out, the NPCs still blinked, but not as often as they naturally should. The fix was rolled out for Half-Life 2, Episode 1 and 2, Lost Coast, and Source.


Fallout 76 to Get Public Test Server by 2020

Fallout 76 will be getting a public test server as well as perk loadouts as announced by Bethesda. The plans for the PTS will be launched by early 2020. The updates that will be available for the PTS will be different from the massive Wastelanders update. Along with the announcement of the PTS and perk loadouts is a multi-factor authentication that will increase player account security. The multi-factor authentication will be a legendary system that fixes to the social menu.


My Hero One’s Justice 2 Teased

A new My Hero Academia game has been announced by Bandai Namco, arriving for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The said game is My Hero One’s Justice 2 but no release date has been given for the game. The information was shared by Gematsu, sharing a screenshot from the latest issue of Weekly Jump. My Hero One’s Justice 2 is said to be the follow up to My Hero One’s Justice. There is little information available for the game, according to Gematsu there will be new characters and abilities.


New Doom Skins Available for Doom Eternal

In-game skins from Doom, Doom 2 and Doom 3 will be available for Doom Eternal. The new skins are actually part of the new Slayers Club rewards. Those interested to get the skins will have to link their Slayers Club account to the re-releases of Doom, Doom 2 and Doom 3. There are three colors available for the skins. The indigo represents Doom 1, the bronze represents Doom 2 and the red one represents Doom 3. In addition to that, some game updates were launched for the re-releases of Doom and Doom 2.


Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown Trailer Features New Sequel

Bandai Namco has finally shared a trailer for the latest DLC for the jet-fighting sequel Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. The new sequel is now live across all of the game’s platforms. The new mission is called Unexpected Visitor where players would have to capture a submarine called The Alicorn. This sub is so powerful that it can destroy a small country. Unexpected Visitor is part of three new story chapters for the game. Another one will be available by October 23 called Anchorhead Raid.


New Borderlands 3 Patch Launched

A new Borderlands 3 patch has been released and it buffs vault hunter Zane. The damage of his skills is now up by about 75%. On the other hand, FL4K and Amara’s Guardian Angel has been nerfed. The Guardian Angel of Amara has its health restoration reduced from 100% to 50% only. The robot FL4K’s Guerrillas in the Mist skill bonus duration has been reduced from 8 seconds to 6 seconds, it’s critical damage bonus has been lowered as well from 50% to 25%. Significant changes were also seen in weapons.


Dota 2 Receives Changes to Matchmaking

Valve has announced changes to Dota 2’s matchmaking because of smurfs. Smurfs are skilled players who creates new accounts in order to play against players with lesser experience. To combat the smurfs, an MMR or a new way of calculating the matchmaking rating is being introduced. The system will search for players that are consistently performing well above their skill bracket. The MMR will be applied to them until they are able to reach a skill bracket where they are not over-performing.

After 15 whole years, developer I-Novae Studios has finally released their space sim Infinity Battlescape on Steam Early Access. The game offers a seamless, true-to-scale fight for domination of a procedural star system. The early access version will come with the core gameplay and it is expected to stay in that state for about six to twelve months. More content is expected for the game once it releases.


Lost Viking: Kingdom of Heaven Announced

A new trailer was shared for the upcoming adventure survival video game Lost Viking: Kingdom of Women. The game is set in a medieval Eastern Europe having the main characters as Ragnald with his companion a wolf named Raga. The game’s story is about Ragnald trying to save his Viking family who has fallen into the trap of the unmerciful warriors of the Kingdom of Women. The developer of the game ForestLight Games also announced that the game will be arriving to PC by the second or third quarter of 2020.


Homeworld Crowdfunding Campain Surpassed Goal

Publisher Gearbox and developer Blackbird Interactive has announced that the crowdfunding campaign for their upcoming game Homeworld 3 has surpassed its goal of just $1 USD for fans to give feedback. So far the campaign was already able to reach $1 million USD. Gearbox announced that the campaign will be open all throughout the development of the game having different backer tiers. Homeworld 3 is set to launch by 2022!
