A Historic Return for a Classic RTS Franchise
Rebellion has officially resurrected one of the most prominent real-time strategy franchises of the early 2000s, bringing it to a modern digital storefront. As confirmed via an official press release, the entire Empire Earth saga is now available on Steam.
Originally launching in 2001, the first game achieved massive commercial success during the golden age of strategy titles, moving over two million copies by 2005. The franchise challenges players to manage resources, research technology, and guide a civilization from prehistoric beginnings into far-future science fiction eras.

What is Included in the Steam Release?
The new Steam release includes the definitive versions of all three mainline entries: Empire Earth: Gold Edition, Empire Earth II: Gold Edition, and Empire Earth III. Players can purchase each game individually or acquire the complete set via The Empire Earth Collection bundle.
The first game’s Gold Edition covers 5,000 years of history across 15 epochs. It features seven single-player campaigns, over 200 units, and the official expansion, The Art of Conquest.
Empire Earth II expands the timeline to an impressive 10,000 years with 500 unique units. It introduces dynamic weather, improved artificial intelligence, picture-in-picture control, and The Art of Supremacy expansion.
The final entry, Empire Earth III, shifts the strategic focus by introducing the World Domination mode. This ambitious addition allows players to conquer individual provinces across a realistically rendered 3D globe, transforming a fledgling kingdom into a global superpower.

Does Empire Earth on Steam Support Multiplayer?
Yes, the newly released Steam versions of the Empire Earth series support multiplayer connectivity, allowing up to eight players to compete together via LAN connections.
