Update April 15 – Contrary to speculation, the full lineup will not be revealed during State of Play but instead in its original schedule. The three games included in the leak are now confirmed and are joined by 5 more titles, one of which (a PS2 classic) is for the Premium tier.
Original publication – Like clockwork, Dealabs have some news for us ahead of Sony’s official reveal of games entering PS Plus Extra and Premium tier for April. A returning title but in remastered form leads the charge of the 3-game leak.
PlayStation Plus Extra Free Games For April 2026
The official PS Plus Game Catalog and Classic Catalog titles for April are scheduled to be announced later today at 4:30PM BST / 5:30PM CET. However, since there are rumors of a State of Play tomorrow, April 16th, there’s a big chance we might have to wait longer for the announcement. Nevertheless, we’re getting some early reveals, courtesy of Dealabs again.
Thanks to the ever-reliable Billbil-kun who has a spotless record for anything PS Plus, we now know of three games included in the lineup. First up is Hero Zero Dawn Remastered which makes its return in the service in its shiny new form. The original game did some time in the library until it was removed in May 2024.
Joining it are The Crew Motorfest and Football Manager 26. The latter has quite a movement in the gaming subscription area as it also joined Game Pass Premium on April 13th.
Here is the full list of games added to PS Plus Extra Game Catalog on April 21st (to be updated once the full lineup is released):
