Pacific Drive Officially Launches on Xbox And Straight To Game Pass
Pacific Drive finally lands on Xbox Series X|S. It’s also a day-one launch on Xbox Game Pass, surprising everyone even Premium tier.
After over a year, Pacific Drive finally launches on Xbox. And if that surprise wasn’t enough, the game also dropped on Xbox Game Pass, together with yesterday’s additions. That makes it three day-one launches in a single day.
Pacific Drive Is Now Available on Xbox and Xbox Game Pass
Pacific Drive initially launched on February 22, 2024 for PC and Playstation 5. And now after wishing for one year and a half for it to land on Xbox, it finally happened. And it did too in a big way, surprising all Xbox players, especially Game Pass members.
To make it even better, this day-one launch isn’t following the usual availability. While this kind of drop is reserved for Ultimate and PC members, Pacific Drive is actually also in Premium’s library.

Alongside this surprise drop, Pacific Drive also launched its newest expansion, Whispers in the Woods. This gives the world of Pacific Drive a haunting new chapter set deep within the Olympic Exclusion Zone.
This major update introduces a new narrative centered on an Anomaly-worshiping cult, new environmental hazards and unpredictable Anomalies, and powerful Artifacts that can both aid and endanger players. There’s a new forest map too, which is about one-third the size of the base world, packed with fresh challenges, secrets, and hours of exploration.
