Two Point Museum is the new game from Two Point Studios, which has already created two other highly successful games. You will be responsible for managing multiple museums and making money from them.

After putting us in the role of a hospital manager and a college director, Two Point Studios now turns you into a curator – a museum director. You’ll manage staff and much more. From the release date to gameplay details, you’ll find everything about the game here.
Two Point Museum: Release Date and Platforms
After the success of Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus, many have been eagerly waiting for the next installment, Two Point Museum. But the wait is almost over! Two Point Museum will be released on March 4, 2025. With the Explorer Edition, you can even start playing as early as February 27. We’ll go into more detail about pre-order bonuses later. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Like its predecessors, Two Point Museum will be playable on the Steam Deck, making it the perfect game for on-the-go fun. While there’s no official Steam Deck compatibility or verification yet, it is expected to be confirmed upon release. Early tests on the Steam Deck have been very positive, with smooth gameplay and full controller support.

Two Point Museum: Gameplay – Curate, Manage, and Explore
In Two Point Museum, you take on the role of a curator managing multiple museums at once. Your responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, and organizing expeditions to collect new and rare artifacts. You’ll also need to ensure cleanliness and visitor safety. Each exhibit has different requirements, such as keeping frozen specimens at the right temperature. You can also set up workshops to provide visitors with more interactive experiences.

Let’s talk about expeditions, a brand-new feature in the game. You can send expedition teams by helicopter to different biomes where they will search for artifacts. However, you need to carefully select and train your experts beforehand because during expeditions, your staff can get injured or even go missing.
The artifacts you discover can be displayed in themed exhibitions, which you can further decorate to your liking. Some artifacts, like dinosaur bones, may require multiple expeditions to complete. More artifacts and exhibits attract more visitors and generate more donations.
Announced Museum Themes
At launch, Two Point Museum will feature five different museum themes. However, more could be added later as DLCs or free updates. Each theme introduces unique exhibits and mechanics, keeping the game engaging and challenging. The available themes are:

- Prehistory: Fossils and ancient artifacts.
- Marine: Exhibits on aquatic life and oceanic discoveries.
- Supernatural: Ghosts, myths, and eerie legends.
- Botany: Rare plants, flowers, and green spaces.
- Science: Technological marvels and scientific achievements.
Two Point Museum: Trailer and Gameplay Features
The official trailers for Two Point Museum showcase the game’s signature humor and exciting expedition mechanics. The trailers also highlight plenty of chaotic moments, such as thawed-out cavemen causing mayhem in the museum.
