I've placed dozens of orders from this website and have always been satisfied. Only once, after 2 hours, I hadn't received a key, but I was promptly refunded when I canceled the order (I was initially given a credit on their website, but when I requested the money back on my card, they refunded me everything).
i got the key but took the money out of my account twice and now the support team ignored me. bullshit
