About BioShock Infinite

BioShock Infinite is a single-player action-adventure FPS game developed by Irrational Games. The third game in the Bioshock trilogy, Indebted to the wrong people, with his life on the line, veteran of the U.S. Cavalry and now hired gun, Booker DeWitt has only one opportunity to wipe his slate clean. Rescue Elizabeth, a mysterious girl imprisoned since childhood, locked up in the flying city of Columbia.

While it was a risk to move away from the depths of Rapture and into the clouds of Columbia, Irrational Games has once again crafted a dazzling new world, which succeeds in taking the franchise to stunning new heights.

While Infinite’s narrative is a less lonely yet far more puzzling affair than BioShock’s, I would be inclined to say that it loses some of the complexity and brilliance with the characters.

I did not notice a drastic difference in performance between the console versions. The PS3 may have a slight edge, but it also has the comically clunky Move controls. The PC iteration certainly has a graphical advantage, but I initially had issues getting the mouse-and-keyboard controls to work properly. If you go the PC route, you may want to stick to the gamepad, which worked fine for me.
