They sold a steam key which was already activated by another steam account. They wont respond to tickets or emails. Looks like scam website
A great customer support should answer as fast as possible and on a 24/7 schedule. Letting customers unanswered is unacceptable for us.

And when i have an issue your only response is this?! We’re sorry?! You aint much better than those scammers at all. You should use your connections with them and help to resolve the problem, if you cant do that the most obvious action would be to remove them from your site. You can check easily their site does not work, check the live chat. Claims to have 9 to 15 reps online but for 3 days there is none logged into the live chat when u start it.
So go do something, make true what you claim to be.
