Stellar Blade (SB) is the action-adventure from the team at Shift Up and published by Playstation. A South Korean development team known mainly for gacha games like Destiny Child and Goddess of Victory: Nikke. With SB being their first major project following Eve from the 7th Airborne Squad. Sent to Earth for the desperate fight to reclaim the planet from the alien forces of the Naytiba.

Stellar Blade: June Release and Steam Deck Support
Following Shift Up’s announcement of Stellar Blade, their celebrated action adventure that launched on PS5 in 2024, the team has more updates. On May 10, 2025, the team shared a post on the game’s Twitter (X) showing SB in action on the Steam Deck.
Confirming that the team is working on the PC port, keeping in mind the Valve handheld PC. A brief gameplay showcase was shown, running smoothly from what was demonstrated. This is partly thanks to the team’s decision to develop the game and stick with Unreal Engine 4.

Stellar Blade and Shift Up: Latest Updates
With the release date for PC set for June 2025, we also know the game will receive a DLC collab. This collaboration stays within the Shift Up universe with Goddess of Victory: Nikke. It was announced during the February State of Play with confirmation of the PC port. This version will come with some additions, including support for DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation (MFG) by Nvidia.
We also know the team is working on a new project, currently called Project Witches, an urban fantasy RPG that aims to deliver a new AAA experience. It will have an investment of over $75 Million and will be built on Unreal Engine 5. Official presentation is scheduled for 2026.
