Got some problem with using the key (not the key itself) and support was fast and helpful. Recommended
Purchased a windows 11 pro key and it didn't worked at first (already blacklisted). Wrote back to wincdkey and they sent me a second (working) key right away. Great customer service!
At first the code was already in use. Then contacted support and got a response with a new code within 1 minute and that worked flawlessly.
I bought a Windows Server 2025 and Office 2024 Pro key two months ago, both of which worked initially. Yesterday the Office key stopped working ("up to the limit of your Multiple Activation Key"). I was fairly frustrated as I wanted to use Excel and the WinCDkey ticket support system was giving me some "security error" when I tried to submit, but apparently it worked and I had a new key in my email within an hour. 2.5 stars for overselling the MAK but then fixing it in a timely manner.
I buy Win 11 Pro key, first one was not work but the problem fixed in less than 5 min
