MAX PAYNE 1 & 2 REMAKES READY FOR PRODUCTION
In a recent press release, Remedy Entertainment revealed that the Max Payne 1 & 2 remake has reached its production stage. The news comes alongside Control 2, which Remedy says continues its “proof-of-concept stage,” with the company revealing its excitement for both projects.
MAX PAYNE REMAKE
Remedy Entertainment announced almost two years ago that they would be remaking Max Payne and Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne.
The titles will stay faithful to the originals, with the company planning to merge both into one title.
We have no release date, but after the recent press release, we now know that development has progressed further, with Remedy stating they have a “well-organized team working on it.”
OTHER GAMES
As mentioned, Remedy also updated us on Control 2, which also continues to progress through development.
Other games in development at Remedy include Condor, a co-op multiplayer game, and Codename Vanguard, which hopes to complete its proof-of-concept by the end of 2023.
