The game officially launches on August 26, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S. This marks a major moment in modern console history, as Helldivers 2 becomes the first PlayStation-owned IP to arrive on Xbox. It is important to note that because Helldivers 2 is an online-only game, Xbox players will need an active Game Pass subscription to play.
