Endless Legend is the second chapter of Amplitude Studios’ Endless series. It offers a 4X turn-based strategy game set in the fantasy world of Auriga. The first chapter launched on September 18, 2014, for PC, in collaboration with Iceberg Interactive.
It achieved great success thanks to its unique blend of RPG and 4X strategy systems. The game continued receiving new content and DLC until 2021, with the following year marking the return of the team as an independent studio.
ENDLESS Legend 2: The Reveal Trailer
During Amplified 2025, held on January 23, 2025, the team at Amplitude Studios delighted us with some exciting news. They reaffirmed their independent status at the end of 2024, following their acquisition by Sega in 2016.
The team surprised us with the reveal of ENDLESS Legend II, the next chapter in the ENDLESS series. A sequel to the beloved 4X fantasy title Legend from 2014. The reveal trailer showcased stunning game artwork and a glimpse of the game world, confirming its arrival on PC in Early Access in 2025.
ENDLESS Legend 2: What’s New and What the Team Promises
A fantastic surprise for many: a hybrid 4X and RPG adventure taking us to a new planet, Saiadha. It offers a diverse world where we lead one of the factions. Embark on an adventure to explore this world, forge alliances, face enemies, and overcome dangers.
Each faction has its own playstyle, along with special units and abilities. The team also promises the return of some familiar faces from the series. Early Access will give us a taste of 4 factions, with 2 more arriving post-launch. Expect more news in the coming weeks, including a gameplay showcase.
