“If you just put your white male friends in [those jobs], then you don’t promote any diversity or get any new opinions or ideas,” Mataoui said.
Without new ideas, we get the same game re-skinned five times in a row. They argue that this lack of diversity and the lingering shadow of the 2020 harassment scandals have created an environment where creativity goes to die.
