Developer Brigada Games and publisher Devolver Digital announced that Quarantine Zone The Last Check has now sold 500k copies. That’s half a million in just a week after launch. Existing players running on saved data since launch will need to start a new game though for this update to take effect. But the devs are already working on a fix for this so future updates can be applied straight into existing saves.

Speaking of fixes, while many are enjoying the game, it’s worth noting that a number of players have pointed out that there are still plenty of bugs. So much so that it almost feels more like an Early Access game. Some even shared that maybe the game would have benefited with a couple more months in development. The team did acknowledge this feedback and are actively improving the game post-launch.

Quarantine Zone The Last Check puts you in charge of a frontline checkpoint during a zombie outbreak, where every decision can mean survival or collapse. Using advanced screening tools and your own judgment, you must inspect survivors for signs of infection, manage quarantines, and decide who is allowed into your camp. As pressure builds, you’ll balance limited resources, expand and defend your base, deploy drones to stop breaches, and even study infected survivors to unlock upgrades and new tools, forcing you to weigh efficiency against morality as the situation grows more desperate with each passing day.
