Nintendo confirms a Partner Showcase airing Feb 5, with 30 minutes of third-party Switch and Switch 2 game reveals and updates.

After a couple of months of speculating, Nintendo finally announced the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. And as accurately leaked, it is in fact happening today, February 5, 2026. While we only have a few hours to go before it goes live, it’s always exciting to try to predict which games will be featured.

 

Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase Possible Features

Nintendo has had a busy start of the year with two Directs already finished. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Direct went on air on January 25, 2026, and the Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream streamed on January 29th.

And now, just five days into the month and barely 2 weeks from the first showcase, fans are about to witness the much-awaited Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. The broadcast will begin 6am PT / 9am ET / 2pm GMT / 3pm CET and will run for roughly 30 minutes, featuring upcoming games for Switch and Switch 2. There could also be some updates and content reveals for existing games.
