Had a small issue where the order verification was taking longer than expected, reached out to their email, got a reply within a MINUTE, entire issue was resolved within 10 minutes…. Amazing customer service.
Do not buy from these people, purchased a key and they asked for personal details despite I paid with PayPal to avoid giving my details to a merchant I have no clue about but then what a headache. so beware
The activation key worked immediately, and the support team replied in less than one minute. However, to be fair, the price is a little bit higher compared to others. Just keep in mind that I’m a picky buyer.
Bought a game clearly marked as “In stock”, 20 minutes waiting still no game code and order status is labeled as “Pending (restocking)”. If you do not have an item in stock just write it. If I knew I had to wait like this, I would have chosen other store.
