Italian developer Stormind Games is bringing its cult survival horror franchise to modern hardware. Ahead of the highly anticipated new chapter, the studio has confirmed comprehensive technical overhauls for its first two titles.

What Upgrades Are Included in the Remothered Remasters?

The Remothered remasters of Tormented Fathers and Broken Porcelain transition both games from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5. This technical overhaul introduces Lumen dynamic global illumination, Nanite geometry for denser environments, and high-resolution 4K textures. Character models, cinematics, and user interfaces have also been entirely reconstructed alongside critical bug fixes.

Despite the massive graphical leaps, the core identity of both titles remains strictly intact. Stormind Games has ensured that the mechanical foundation of the franchise will not be altered during the transition to new hardware.
