Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus Essential games for August 2026, giving subscribers another trio of titles to add to their collections. Starting August 4 through Monday, August 31, members can claim Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, and Signalis at no additional cost.
Leading the month’s lineup is Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, the open-world zombie action RPG from Techland. Set years after the original game, players explore the sprawling city of Villedor using parkour to traverse rooftops while battling both the infected and hostile human factions. The Reloaded Edition includes the base game along with a variety of gameplay improvements, the Bloody Ties DLC, and the Firearms Update.
Big Walk offers something different, focusing on cooperative exploration and communication. Players work together as they travel across a colorful open world filled with puzzles, surprises, and activities that encourage teamwork. It delivers a more relaxed multiplayer experience where working together is the key to progressing.
Signalis completes the lineup with an atmospheric survival horror experience heavily inspired by classic genre titles. It features retro visuals, inventory management, and challenging puzzles as players unravel a dark sci-fi mystery.
