WHICH HOUSE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE IN HOGWARTS LEGACY

Hogwarts Legacy, the newest open-world RPG set in the Harry Potter universe is coming, which means you need to choose a House.

As with any wizard entering their first year in Hogwarts, you will need to face the Sorting Hat to be placed in a Hogwarts House.

But don’t worry, although the Sorting Hat is there to guide you and recommend a House; you have the final decision on whether you join Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin.

There are differences to each House, as your decision will impact the colors you wear through the game and what kind of personality traits your character will likely show.

So, what are the Hogwarts Legacy Houses?

GRYFFINDOR

Those in Gryffindor are likely to show bravery, daring, nerve, and chivalry throughout their time at Hogwarts. The colors of Gryffindor are scarlet and gold, and famous members include Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter.

HUFFLEPUFF

Hufflepuff members value hard work, dedication, and loyalty above everything else, and they promote fair play. Hufflepuff’s colors are black and yellow, and famous members include Helga Hufflepuff, Teddy Lupin, and Cedric Diggory.

RAVENCLAW

Ravenclaw is all about intelligence, knowledge, and curiosity, which is why the eagle is the perfect animal for the House’s emblem. The Ravenclaw colors are blue and bronze, and famous members include Luna Lovegood and Filius Flitwick.

SLYTHERIN

Members of Slytherin show ambition, leadership, self-preservation, and resourcefulness, which is why the House has produced the most Death Eaters and Dark Wizards than any other House. The Slytherin colors are green and silver, and famous members include Tom Riddle (Lord Voldemort), Lucius Malfoy, and Severus Snape.
