Split Fiction could very well be the best cooperative game I've ever played. At the very least, I firmly believe it sets a new standard for the genre. And yet, it's more than that. Split Fiction is a love letter to creativity--to stories, games, and the people who make them. It is funny, dark, joyous, childish, tender, cheesy, thrilling, and remarkable. All this combined with gorgeous environments, fantastic gameplay, and sheer spectacle make Hazelight Studio's newest release an early contender for the best game of 2025.

Hazelight Studios is not new to cooperative games, and Split FIcton is their another highly successful project. In this title, you explore different fantastic worlds with your partner, and from the sound of it, this co-op game is not like any other. If It Takes Two was more focused on emotional storytelling, this one brings more complexity to the gameplay and exploration. Do you have someone to play with? Then go without hesitation!
Split Fiction is a great game for playing together. I've already argued with my sister three times over this game.. :D
The people who created “It Takes Two” are the ones who released this magnificent game! So if you're looking for something crazy and beyond your imagination, now's the time with fantasy landscapes. Your aim is to work as a duo, and you'll often need each other to explore the different worlds on offer, as well as solving puzzles. I highly recommend it.
