The update is based on PES 2020, but adds a few new features, notably for the career mode, and above all a focus on the 2020 European Cup (held in 2021 due to covid). It's a great way to give your PES 2020 a facelift if you own it and enjoy the game. Otherwise, there's little new apart from the national selections and squad updates.
PES 2021 Season update was released as an updated version to PES 2020 with the current player and team data at that moment. Besides that it introduced UEFA EURO 2020 content alongside a series of iconic moments to myClub from former football superstars.
The last entry in the long running series of Konami's Football experience PES, as in Pro Evolution Soccer now moving to eFootball. This updated version of 2020's entry feature a set of improvements with updated faces for 85 players, as well as new Barcelona Stadium, the Russian Premiere Liga , udpated lineup and market for over 100 teams, as well as their equipment and updated suit. Not to mention the Iconic Moment Series, featuring several players important and iconic matches.
