NINJA GAIDEN: Master Collection includes three high-speed Ninja Gaiden action titles in one package, remastered and developed by KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD. Each title is still just as fun as you remember in addition to Ryu Hayabusa 4 other characters are joining you Ayane, Rachel, Momiji, and Kasumi you can then create a tag team with your favorite characters and freely swap them out during battle. All previously released game modes and DLC costumes for each title are included, with different cosmetic costumes for each character.

• Ninja Gaiden Σ – Pull off dazzling unmatched dazzling techniques with Ryu Hayabusa a young ninja who has inherited his family's fighting style with beautiful stages in a westernized Japan embellished with Spirit-world motifs. Activate Hero Mode triggered when your health becomes low guarding and evading automatically and can unleash ninpo as much as you want.
• Ninja Gaiden Σ2 – Ryu Hayabusa makes his return on this sequel armed with the “Dragon Sword” a legendary blade accompanying him are three heroines "Ayane", "Rachel", and "Momiji" in Tag Missions players. "NINJA RACE" is a new game mode in which you must race across the map within the time limit while fighting high-speed battles.
• Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge – The third game in the Ninja Gaiden franchise Ryu Hayabusa and his party of heroines "Ayane", "Kasumi", and "Momiji" makes their return to play all previous games game modes including new ones like “Test of Valor” a mini-game mode in between stages allowing players to test their skills against Ninja Gaidens deadliest enemies, also included are more collectibles "Golden Scarabs" for you to collect adding more replay value.

In the grand scheme of remakes and ports, you could do a lot worse than these three games. If Team Ninja finally decides to work on a fourth entry in the series, I’m hoping those who end up devouring this collection will be well rewarded.

the Master Collection is about as barebones as you can get for a compilation release. Still, if this is maybe an indication that the door to a whole new NG adventure is forthcoming, one that embraces the design of the first two, then that’s great news. Anyway — speculation aside — if you’re looking to relive these games or want to get into the franchise for the first time, this is a very good way to do it.
