Grand Theft Auto IV is an open-world action shooter and automobile sim game developed by Rockstar North and Rockstar Toronto the fourth game in the iconic GTA franchise you will step into the shoes of Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz, and Luis Lopez as they discover what the American dream means today, as they try to find opportunity and fortune in liberty City a city that worships money and status, its a heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don’t.

• Niko Bellic – Born in Yugoslavia, the son of Milica Bellic, he fought in the Yugoslavian civil wars, he, later on, immigrated to the United States and now lives in Liberty City as a hired gun for a number of organized crime syndicates, Niko’s main goal in life is to find and kill one of two men: Florian Cravic or Darko Brevic for nearly killing him and betraying his military unit during the civil war.
• Johnny Klebitz – The vice president of the Lost MC bike gang he is caught in the middle of a vicious a vicious turf war with rival gangs for control of the city.
• Luis Lopez – A former member of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers his life took a completely different turn after meeting “Gay” Tony Prince a nightclub entrepreneur since then he has become his employer.

Technically speaking, Grand Theft Auto IV for the PC is not a bad game, and it sets out to hit all of the notes that it attempted. The entire game has a feeling of misdirected effort as if Rockstar sat down to rejuvenate the franchise without knowing particularly how and simply stuck every idea, gimmick, and cliché they could think of into one big ball, like some sort of Katamari of game elements with the old GTA feeling at the core. While I can’t say I didn’t enjoy my time in this new pseudo-New York City, it’s not the highlight of the series, and Rockstar would be wise to rethink their approach before bringing Mr. Bellic around for another pass.

The minor flaws that you’ll experience are no more difficult to overlook than those in previous GTA games, and they’re greatly outnumbered by the features that will impress and surprise you anytime you think you’ve already seen everything that the game has to offer. There’s lots to see in Liberty City, so you’d best get started.
