Battlefield 2042 had a rough start but with the recent update, and with players craving for more Battlefield after the great BF6 demo, it is the perfect option to get back to it or as a new player. Now, 4 years after the release, it is way cheaper and can keep us entertained with the classic Battlefield formula, and the game is patched and working perfectly by today. You can’t be wrong with this one.
Battlefield 2042 was a big disappointment when it came out. Lots of bugs, less content, not much feel for the weapons. The soul of Battlefield was missing. Now, after numerous updates and content additions, the game finally feels like a real Battlefield. Not the best, admittedly, and DICE will have to learn its lesson and come up with a much more convincing FPS next time. With a little Bad Company 3? =)
