Tiny Bookshop (TB) is a narrative management game from neoludic games. A small German indie development studio from Cologne that is making its debut with this title. Officially revealed on 10 June 2023 during the Wholesome Direct at Summer Game Fest. Published in collaboration with Skystone Games and 2P Games.

Tiny Bookshop: Available Now

After over 3 years of development, today finally marks the official launch of Tiny Bookshop. The debut title from neoludic games takes us to the colorful town of Bookstonbury. In this colorful and relaxing management game, you’ll run a traveling bookshop. Available today, 7 August 2025, on Steam.

The date was officially announced on 29 May 2025 along with the official trailer. It takes us into the cheerful and peaceful town, managing our small traveling bookshop. You’ll curate your selection of books based on the tastes of the townspeople and learn more about the story of the various characters and the town itself.

Tiny Bookshop: Gameplay and Key Features

TB is therefore a new title in the “cozy” management genre. You’ll escape the traffic and stressful lifestyle of the big city, finding refuge in the peaceful town of Bookstonbury. It offers:

• Manage Your Own Little Bookshop: A life sim management game where you run your own small traveling bookshop. Move from one area of the town to another. Curate your books based on your customers’ tastes, and even recommend new ones.

• Meet Unique Characters: Many characters to meet, each with their own taste in books and personal stories about the town to share. They’re also very friendly and willing to lend a hand.

• Discover the Town’s Secrets: Explore the various settings of the town, with many mysteries to uncover. Unearth the history of Bookston Burgh and St. Bookston. Plus, find items to decorate your bookshop.

Over the past week, the team has revealed some of the characters you’ll meet. You can also try the game with the latest updated demo from the June Steam Next Fest. Not to mention, the team will be at Gamescom 2025 from 20 to 24 August, at the Indie Arena Booth.
