The Gravity of Time Dilation
The central mechanic of Exodus revolves around time dilation. In simple terms, this means that time moves more slowly the faster you travel. As a result, players may experience days pass, while decades or even centuries go by on Earth.
As a “Traveler,” players will explore the galaxy searching for Celestial Remnants that could hold the key to humanity’s survival. However, your entire civilization pays the reality of time dilation and the cost and consequences of your decisions, so too do the friends and family you left behind.
