The DLC is really good so far. The progression in the hospitals is unique compared to the rest of the game (I don't know about Pebberley though as I haven't played it.) The new illnesses and items/decorations are designed incredibly well and really lend themselves to the "close encounters" theme. I'm enjoying this one way more than the bigfoot dlc. However I haven't noticed any of the new songs yet and the DJ lines seem not all that different save for a few unique lines I've heard so far. I may just need to play it more.
