About Active Matter

Active Matter is a First person multiplayer extraction shooter developed by Matter Team step into the shoes of an Operative stuck in a time loop upon dying you always go back to the same point, choose from a multitude of loadouts and enter quantum unstable zones to mine the most valuable and the most dangerous resource in all multiverse. Fight against other rival teams, survive physics breaking anomalies, and try to find a safe space to extract before the whole zone ceases to exist with everything inside it.

• Go solo or form small teams in your quest for active matter and other treasures, harvest AM by killing creatures infected by it, harvesting them directly from AM clusters, or steal them from the corpses of other players. The more of it you have the more you improve your chances of getting out of this time loop.
