A Previous Xbox Insider Only Feature Is Now Available To All Xbox Players!
Game Hubs are now live for all Xbox players, offering a smart overview of your games plus new Home screen customization options.
A new feature that was first introduced in March exclusively for Xbox Insiders is now officially available to all Xbox players. Thanks to months of testing and user feedback through the program, this feature launches publicly in a more polished and refined state ready for everyone to enjoy.
Game Hubs Now Available for All Xbox Players
Game Hubs were first introduced earlier this year as a smart centralized way to view important details about your favorite games. Instead of jumping between menus, players now get a single screen that brings together key information like player stats, achievements, friends currently playing, recent captures, available add-ons, live events, and more.
At the core of the experience is convenience. Just like in its Insider version, the Play button remains the default focus allowing for a quick double-tap-to-play directly from the game tile.
This feature is optional and customizable. If you prefer not to use Game Hubs or if you want to control when and where they appear, you can adjust this in Settings under Personalization, then Games & Apps.
While we’re talking about new Xbox features, there’s also an update to the Recently Played Games and Apps list on the Home screen. Players now have the ability to hide system apps, pin favorite games or apps to the list, and reduce the number of tiles displayed. According to Microsoft, this update is part of an ongoing effort to make Home more personal, flexible, and responsive to feedback.
More updates are likely on the way, but for now, it’s nice to see Xbox players getting more tools to make their setup feel just right.
